- Where do your photographic images come from?
Our pictures are provided by many of the leading newspapers across North America, which means the works of many of the world's best photographers are available on Merlin-Net! As you browse through our site and select images, you'll be able to see the name of the newspaper that owns the image, the name of the photographer that took the picture, the date the picture was taken and other interesting information.
- How often are new pictures made available on your web site?
Each and every day, our content partners send us new images, so make sure you come back and visit us often!
- Do you offer a catalog?
Sorry, our image collection is growing so quickly that we do not offer a printed catalog.
- What can I do with the prints that you sell?
Our prints are great gift ideas and can be used to decorate homes, offices or other places such as school lockers! You can mat them, frame them or hang them on the wall unframed and straight out of the package. As discussed in our Legal section, our prints are for personal use only.
- Do you offer matting and framing services?
We sure do! If you click on any image from the home page, or a search result, you will see a larger view of that image. Clicking on the "buy this print" buttons, or on the image itself will take you to our Frame Shop where you can see our various options for mattes and frames.
- Do you have a guarantee? How can I return an order?
We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our prints and we understand if you are concerned that the pictures you see on your computer screen might not be look the same when as the glossy print you receive by mail. If you are dissatisfied with a print that you have purchased, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Unless the return is due to an error made by us, we cannot refund shipping charges.

- Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel any print order prior to fulfillment and shipment, which is usually within 24 hours after you place your order.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
Yes! We use secure servers that utilize encryption technology, so that your personal information is fully protected.
- When is my credit card charged for an order?
We will bill your credit card when your order has been packaged and shipped from our fulfillment center.
- Will I be charged for sales tax?
Sales tax laws require us to charge sales tax for shipping addresses located in cities where we have established an office. Since we are currently located in Massachusetts and have employees in Washington and Georgia, we will charge sales tax only on those orders in which the shipping address is in one of those states.
- How much do you charge for shipping? Can I ship my order overseas?
Please see our shipping rates and policies for information regarding our many shipping options. You will be shown all shipping charges before you complete your order. We currently ship to the USA and Canada, and we hope to offer you additional shipping options to locations throughout the world soon!
- Can I ship to an address that is different than my billing address?
Absolutely! Simply fill in the correct information in the Shipping Address section when checking out your shopping cart.
- What if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click on "Your Account" and then click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. We'll walk you through the steps to receive a new password.
