Please note that the total delivery time for prints equals production time plus shipping
time. When you place an order with Merlin-Net, we will create a customized print for you
using the latest in processing technology and high quality photographic paper. Once your
custom prints have been created, they can be shipped via one of the choices listed below.
Unframed Prints:
We'll do our best to fulfill your order by the end of the following
business day, but we cannot guarantee that your pictures will be shipped in this time
frame. Here's an example of total delivery time: if you place an order we aim to ship
the pictures by the end of the following business day and deliver your order to your
doorstep in 10 - 14 business days.
Also note that we offer flat shipping rates and we do not charge you additional
shipping fees based on the number of unframed prints in your order. In other words,
the fees shown below are for any number of unframed photographs that you order at one time.
For example, if you place an order for ten unframed pictures and choose Priority Mail as your
delivery option, your total shipping costs are still only $4.95! Please note that the
flat rates shown below include all shipping, packaging and handling costs and we will
always show you these charges prior to the completion of your order.

For shipments of unframed photographs within the United States, Merlin-Net currently offers one

Shipping Unframed Prints to International Destinations
We're sorry that we can't provide automated shipping options to countries other than
the USA at the present time. If you are interested in having a print shipped to an
address outside of the USA, please contact us prior to making your purchase,
at help@merlin-net.com or call us toll-free
at 1-877-619-1277. For all international shipments, the addressee is responsible
for any duties, fees and taxes.
Framed Prints:
We'll do our best to fulfill your order within 4 weeks, but we cannot guarantee that
your pictures will be shipped in this time frame. Here's an example of total delivery
time: if you place an order for a framed photograph, we aim to print the pictures by
the end of the following business day. The photographs are then framed at our professional
frame shop, which can take up to 2-3 weeks. The framed prints are then shipped via Federal
Express Parcel Delivery and are delivered to your doorstep within appoximately 3 weeks of the date
that you placed your order.
Also note that we offer a flat shipping rate for each framed print and we do not charge
you additional shipping fees based on the number of unframed prints in your order.
In other words, the fee shown below is for each framed photograph that you order.
For example, if you place an order for two framed pictures and ten unframed prints,
your total shipping costs are still only $29.90! Please note that the
flat rate shown below includes all shipping, packaging and handling costs and we will
always show you these charges prior to the completion of your order.

prints to locations outside of the continental United States and Canada.
Returns Policy
We are dedicated to offering you the highest quality print products and we want
you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a print that
you have purchased, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Simply pack
your print in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it to:
